From an existential perspective, Neohominidae examines the human being as a terrestrial organism situated within an interdependent ecosystem, where identity is produced through the reciprocal relation between context and action. 

Drawing on Darwinian theories of evolution, it considers the development of human physical and mental capacities and applies this inquiry to the relationship between the body and clothing. Garment construction becomes a morphological instrument: modelling processes restrict and stabilise specific bodily positions, while artificial structures counterbalance a body whose gravitational centre has been deliberately destabilised.

By exceeding conventional principles of ergonomics and bodily dynamics, the work questions the assumption that clothing should accommodate the body without transforming it. Instead, dress becomes an active evolutionary environment. While exposing the body’s vulnerability by generating alternative forms of posture, locomotion, and physical awareness.
